Beginning in November 2024, a family in the Orchid Heights neighborhood expressed interest in adding street lights to the area. As of February 2026, however, the survey response rate remains insufficient. To move forward with any action, at least 51% of property owners must respond; as of this month, only 10 responses have been received.Â
