Beginning in November 2024, a family in the Orchid Heights neighborhood expressed interest in adding street lights to the area. As of February 2026 due to insufficient rate, they have agreed to discontinue this project. To move forward with any action, at least 51% of property owners must respond; as of February 2026, only 10 responses have been received.
